Ioana Arsenie
Ioana Arsenie is a business consultant with expertise in financial, tax and management consulting who provides integrated financial strategy and accounting services for Romanian entrepreneurs.
Ioana is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Bucharest and of the Faculty of Accounting and Bookkeeping Information of Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. She is Fellow Member ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants).
Since 2000, Ioana has accumulated extensive experience in consultancy, strategic and financial management and has occupied in a top agribusiness company positions from CFO to Financial Business Partner at national and group level in countries such as Turkey, Greece, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova for the implementation and updating of financial processes, as part of the strategic directions.
To assist and advise general managers, Ioana Arsenie was part of the Board, occupying non-executive positions. She began her career in middle companies, specialized in accounting and consultancy, continuing with a career in multinational companies such as Motoractive IFN and TImac Agro Romania – Roullier Group.
Specializing in business strategy, Ioana Arsenie launched the “Trusted Advisor” series of events that brought together dozens of entrepreneurs eager to expand their knowledge of strategy and finance.
Ioana Arsenie’s business consultant portfolio includes companies from various fields, from production, services, fashion, health, education, sport, European funds, Romanian entrepreneurial companies.
Ioana has a beautiful family. During her free time, she is involved in the development of the EduPerformance project (www.eduperformance.ro), an association which has the mission to provide parents with innovative tools through quality content made by parents, teachers and specialists, as well as workshops of financial and entrepreneurial education, communication and conflict management for children.
