Mr. Arora is the Director of Business Development for GCC & Europe at Centaur India (an international manpower consulting company), based in India and the UAE.
The company’s main focus is to become one of the stalwarts in the professional recruitment solution industry. Its mission is to ensure client satisfaction by providing a recruitment solution that is in sync with your expectations.
The Centaur Company is located in several other countries such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
Mr Arora has pursued his P.G Degree in Finance at the Mumbai University and started his initial career providing Customer-Service within the Banking Industry in India.
As a member of Centaur’s senior management team, he is active in ongoing strategic planning and assists in the development of Centaur’s corporate direction and delivery strategies.
He has proven expertise of over 20 years in overseas placements of over 20 years. Also, he is on the advisory panel of various startups. In the Centaur Company, he is providing turn-key solutions to the manpower (both blue-collar and white-collar) requirements of companies.
His main fields of activity are construction, infrastructure, MEP, hospitality, retail, logistics, oil & gas, medical & para-medical, and agriculture.
Mr Arora is skilful in handling complex issues, especially regarding specific requirements – this was a significant asset to the companies and clients that benefit from his service.
Jai believes in a ‘Zero Defect Policy’ & offers ‘Real-Time Response’ when it comes to his services, extended to all his clients.
During this unprecedented and globally-challenging pandemic situation, Mr Jai Arora has been focussing on providing Physicians & Doctors, Nursing staff, Medical scientists and pathologists and Physical Therapists to the United Kingdom’s NHS Trust Hospitals & in several of the GCC countries.
Mr Jai Arora believes in the ability to evolve, both professionally and personally, which has always helped him in rising-up to meet the requirements of his clients and contributed to his continuous and assured success in over 25 years of a professional career.
Now he intends to focus on Romania. Centaur aims to fulfil the current shortfall being witnessed in the blue-collar labour market within Romania.
His main ambition with the launch of his company, Centaur, in Romania is to provide manpower by offering the highest-efficiency along with a close-eye on cost-effectiveness across all Industries.
