About Liliana
Owner of Italy4East International Management Consulting Company from Italy , Business consultant, economist with a Master in Export-Management, specialized in International Strategic Management and development of foreign markets, Internationalisation , collaborates with both Italian, Russian and international companies that want to develop in foreign markets, and with foreign companies that are interested in the European market .
With well-established experience in strategic management, international marketing and export management in Italian and Eastern European industries, for a decade it has managed international connections from Italy to Eastern Europe and Russia.
Liliana brings with her not only extensive international technical know-how but also sensitivity towards in different cultures. Thanks to the mastery of the Italian, English, Romanian, Russian languages, she is able to manage any type of international negotiation between East and West.
She works closely in between the leadership teams and the most exquisite italian and East Europe , Russian companies, in order to establish international projects direction and interfaces with clients B2B, B2C and other business partners to ensure that project proceeds in accordance with clients’ goals.
Liliana would summarize her approach to leading projects as a collaborative one that is aimed at taking visionary ideas through to their full potential as completed buildings and objects. Her goal is for these completed buildings to bring her clients both financial reward and great personal pride. Clear mindset and ability to streamline internal procedures while accelerating work output and the service level quality international standards.
She completed her Master Degree in International Business Strategy Development at AI. I. Cuza International University, Iasi, (Romania) in addition to gain a Master Degree in Export Management at GEMA Business Institute Milano (Italy).
