Simona Hancu – Pattern Founder
Passionate about consumer psychology and anthropology, 19 years ago she made the transition from psychology to marketing.
Simona has a 19 years experience in marketing management, developing portfolios of international and local brands from different industries, like FMCG (Bonduelle, Floriol, Unisol), Tech mobile (HTC) or wine industry (Vincon).
For 15 years, she successively coordinated Eastern European markets for different industries and observed in the campaigns carried out, the major differences between the consumer behaviors from different countries, the cultural differences that influence these behaviors and typologies we meet and which can influence buying decisions.
She is a senior marketeer with expertise in brand and digital strategy. She was a member of the Effie and Internetics juries.
In 2019 she won a grant in the international program organized by Art Directors Club Europe and Pi School, Creative Incubator Program.
4 years ago she founded Pattern, a digital design agency and chose the path of entrepreneurship.
As both a senior marketer and an entrepreneur, she strongly believes in the key role of the marketing strategy in defining the business and communication strategy. As an advertising person, she believes that the creative process must be “problem solving driven” and the value of the insight and creative concept must be evaluated according to this indicator in particular.Pattern is a full service agency that combines art with technology and delivers services such as: business strategy, branding (corporate, product, employer branding), AV services (video production, script, STB, 2D & 3D animations), web design & web development, digital marketing strategy, content strategy.
