Developer and co-founder of the International School of Negotiation in June 2015, Vittoria Poli is also ISN’s Business Director and Interdisciplinary Team and Project Leader.
She has dedicated herself to mediation and negotiation for over two decades. She has worked as a civil mediator and trainer and has been a teacher and family mediator since 2011. In July 2013 she co-founded the non-profit association NOIcomediamo, a cultural movement for the serene and creative management of conflicts. In 2015 Vittoria set up the negotiation training program at the International School of Negotiation which was accredited by the A.I.Me.F, the Italian Association of Family Mediators which she was a member of from 2010 to 2015. In 2019, in collaboration with Link Campus University in Rome and in representation of ISN, she established the debut of the Level 1 Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Strategies and was a member of the scientific committee.
Vittoria passed her bar exam in 1997 and after training – she attended a theoretical-practical specialization course in family law held from October 2003 to June 2004, she dedicated herself exclusively to consultations and legal assistance in matter of family law. She collaborates regularly with colleagues and, on an interdisciplinary level, with psychologists, pedagogists and other professionals who deal with the well-being of families and children.

ISN was created to transmit knowledge of the Art of Negotiation as a tool for relationships, communication and conscious change through personal and professional evolution.
The International School of Negotiation was founded by three women from three different fields (Vittoria Poli, Law | Elena Grassi, Psychology | Giovanna Todisco, Marketing and Communication) to help professionals and companies deal with the complex realities existing in all fields today by using a simple and efficient model which can be applied immediately to any interpersonal relationship.
ISN offers direct, immediately applicable tools to address national and international markets and to maintain and boost business relationships by working on Negotiation and Empowerment.
ISN is setting up a laboratory – LABottega dell’Arte delle Human & Life Abilities – which will be ready for the second semester of 2022. It will be a place where learning, training, observation and practice can be acquired through example and the experience of our experts (counselors, coaches, negotiators and advisors) in psychology, neuroscience, business and law, similar to the way knowledge was dispensed in Renaissance workshops.
ISN uses an integrated learning model based on human skills and expertise to improve awareness, well-being and personal and professional growth.
