I have graduated from the Moscow University, the department International Economic Relations.
While my University course I have been spending several months in London, UK and studied there the marketing and public speaking subjects.
I still remember my emotions and feelings caused by both the UK marvellous culture and business knowledges received. They were so strong and vivid taking into consideration that I was from the Soviet Union which was completely closed at that time and actually there was no business environment inside.

From that particular time I have made a decision that I wanted to work only in the foreign business culture, to be an integrated part of it and practice very much foreign languages.

After graduation, I have started my career in the multinational companies with strong focus on sales and business development.
I have got a proven experience in B2B markets in different industries but also successfully have developed an effective distribution network through the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
I have been working with the foreigners from different countries for a long time and quite well understood their approaches and expectations.
I have been engaged in the foreign start-ups in Russia which gave me a very good entrepreneurial experience as well.

In 2010 I have graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics and received an MBA degree in Executive Management.

It was a real time for me to start my own business. It was like a calling.

And in 2010 the company “Prospectrus” was established providing a full range of services for the foreign companies which are already presented in Russia but want to grow their sales and market share rapidly and those companies which just develop the internationalisation strategy and have the ambitious target to enter the Russian market.
Once “Prospectrus” was established the aim was to become the contact #1 in Russia for export managers all over the world, to assist and help the foreigners to get to know Russia better.

In 2019 I became a partner in some enterprenearial projects such as beauty, educational, real estate businesses.
In 2020 I was appointed to the position of the Head of International Department at the Association of Exporters and Importers in Russia.
I am so happy that my hobby, my interest, my passion – all have been converted into the real business projects which can be scaled and capitalised.

I have joined the Elite Business Woman Club as I believe that it is a great chance to be among the amazing Strong Ladies which managed to be successful in the business and to balance effectively their career and their private life.
I believe that it’s a great opportunities to study and share ones’ experiences and even to organize some mutual prosperous international projects with another our Elite Members.
